2010 - Air Resource Board for Southern California requires registration for all portable
diesel /gasoline engines.

 

Contractors caught using unregistered drill equipment are subject to fines and job site suspension.

 

Engines registered with Air Resource Board must have green placard mounted visibly on motor.

When these tests are performed to determine the liquefaction potential of sands, ASTM D6066-96(2004) not only recommends but mandates the normalization. ASTM D4633-05 states that the only acceptable method of determining energy for normalization of N values is by force and velocity measurements

All drilling personnel meet the requirements set forth by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and have completed the required 40 hour OSHA health and safety course.

 

All drilling personal meet the requirements set for by  the Federal Railroad Administration’s (FRA) regulation 49 CFR 214  Sub-Part C - Roadway Worker Protection and have completed an annual Roadway Worker Safety Course
